Mr. Pandolf is a dedicated design professional who is passionate and rigorous in his pursuit to reshape the built environment through the disciplines of Architecture and Historic Preservation. As Business Director, his role is to ensure the financial stability and integrity of PLAN Studio as well as to protect the economic interests of our clients. In addition to his strong technical and design abilities, Mr. Pandolf is an expert in computer-generated modeling, a tool that is integral with the creation of his work.

Native to Rochester, New York, Mr. Pandolf is a product of the highly-regarded design firm Handler Grosso. While working for one of the pioneers of Historic Preservation in Rochester, Frank Grosso, Mr. Pandolf developed an interest and talent for the rejuvenation and adaptive use of treasured buildings. Pandolf's designs are grounded, well-conceived as well as innovative. Pandolf has also been involved with many award winning projects.
