Various Rochester City Hall Restoration Projects including:

• The investigation, design and restoration for brownstone masonry façade of this 1880s Portland Connecticut sandstone building that was converted to Rochester City Hall in 1976.

• The replacement of City Hall's historic slate roof, copper gutters and flashings.

• The restoration of 250 historic wood double-hung windows involving investigative research, photographic documentation, and construction documentation.
